The maintenance operations of this morning started at 04:09 CET & we successfully closed at 04:56 CET with no impact on the players (your campaigns). This maintenance was necessary to improve our file storage service that suffered in the last 2 weeks.
We are confident this will reduce some CSS/images issues we had in the last hours. We'll keep monitoring today.

[Monitoring] Incident is now fixed and we are in monitoring phase.
Upload issues we received by Helpdesk Tickets are working on all machines.
We are keeping an eye on it and planning the next steps.
New alerts are put in place.
This is definitely the same issues as yesterday.
We'll follow the initial plan with an intervention during the night to have more ressources on our files management system.
