[Identified] While we are checking all SSL certificates, it is possible to have your campaign online if you are impacted by changing the subdomain of your campaign, in webview or widget. This can be done manually or via the Website Management by an admin.
Let's take this URL : https://yourname.qualifioapp.com/20/76A6A4A9-07C5-0128-4680-308577899748/v1.cfm?id=76A6A4A9-07C5-0128-4680-308577899748
If you change yourname.qualifioapp.com to player.qualifioapp.com, the campaign will be accessible.
Example : https://player.qualifioapp.com/20/76A6A4A9-07C5-0128-4680-308577899748/v1.cfm?id=76A6A4A9-07C5-0128-4680-308577899748
Please contat the helpdesk if you have any problems regarding this - the rollout of SSL certificates is ongoing.

[Identified] More and more *.qualifioapp.com domains are getting their certificate in order.
Team is prioritizing the domains in order to be as efficient as possible.

[Identified] Update : the issue is not resolved yet, the first batch of certificates are now ok.
No impacts on your customer subdomains like interactive.yourdomain.com
Part of generic subdomain like account.qualifioapp.com are back, the others are in progress.

[Identified] We have an issue with SSL certificates for domains *.qualifio.com & *.qualifioapp.com - fix is in progress. Custom subdomains are not impacted. A privacy error is shown on campaigns on which the subdomain is not fixed yet (yourname.qualifioapp.com)
